IMPORTANT:  Don't forget to renew your escrip with Vons, Albertson's and Ralphs.  If you do not renew your card numbers during the renewal period, you will discontinue receiving rebate credits.  Even if you just enrolled your card in June or July, you still need to be re-enrolled!  The stores will not continue sending credits to the school if you do not renew your cards.

 

To easily meet your scrip commitment to the school, make sure to sign up your Vons cards at www.escrip.com and select St. Euphrasia as your school.  You must renew your commitment to contributing to the school every AUGUST so if you haven't logged into to escrip.com in a while, please do so today and click on the RENEW my contributions link on the home page so our school can keep getting your savings!  You can sign up to four VONS cards on each account.  

 

And another easy way to meet and EXCEED your commitment is to ask your friends, family and even clients and co-workers if you can sign up their Ralphs, Vons and Albertsons cards for our school!  Just makes sure to follow the correct sign up guidelines on each card and to let the school know what their name is so your school family will get credit for their purchases!  If you aren't sure how to sign up other grocery store cards, just ask the office for the instructions or read the instructions published periodically.  Ralphs cards have to be renewed individually at Ralphs.com each year.  Vons cards signed up under eScrip need to be renewed by a simple click at escrip.com.  Albertsons cards only need to be linked to the school and signed up once.  Contact the office with any questions but don't miss out on any easy scrip savings!

 

The scrip program will be changing for the 2009-2010 school year.  Instead of keeping track of purchases, the school will keep track of all rebates received from grocery stores, the Shop With Scrip program, and Dennis Uniform.  Every family will be required to earn a minimum of $150 in rebates, or will be billed for and short-falls. 

 

There will be an opportunity for families to earn back scrip.  For every $50 earned in rebates over the $150 requirement, a family will earn back a $25 gift card (chosen from the Shop With Scrip program).  Totals will be calculated based on everything posted through 5/14/10, and the scrip you earned will be available to order by the end of May (for June delivery).

 

The school will keep a limited supply of scrip on hand.  There will be order forms available at the beginning of the school year.  Orders will have to be submitted by 8 a.m. Wednesday morning for a Friday delivery.  We will look back at last school year's most popular scrip purchases so we can have those items more readily available.

 

You will receive a 3% rebate credit for purchases at Dennis Uniform.  You must submit your original receipt in order to receive credit (copies will not be accepted).  Make a copy of the receipt for your records, as it will not be returned.
